Q: What is your name?
A: I just go by Zoe most often but Zoe Nova is my full professional name.
Q: What are some of your hobbies and why?
A:I love music more than anything, it’s been my first love since I was born you could say! I sing and play guitar. I read a lot and cook. I think why I do anything in my spare time is to escape. It’s fun and interesting to get lost in things I enjoy and use my brain at the same time!
Q: What is your opinion on the “Traditional housewife” (Stay home cook/clean all the time things like that?
A: My opinion on that is simply that it’s not for me, but it’s not a bad role if that is what you choose. My grandmother was a stay at home mother and wife and she was happy, she still did other things for herself besides homemaking as well. I never saw her as less for choosing that path. You have to find what’s right for you. I think the problem arises when society tries to say that this is the only life suitable for a person. It isn’t.
Q: What are your opinions on Abortion?
A: I’m pro choice, it’s one of those things that we as women should be able to choose freely and safely without question or judgement. It’s not my place to dictate to someone what is right for them. Their body, their rules.
Q: As a Cam-Model, what do you think about the industry you work in?
A: I’ve actually been a full time Cam Model for 3 years now! I personally love the industry as a whole, it’s much more vast and community centered than most people think. I’ve made so many great friends coming into this job. Like all industries, the Adult Industry is not perfect but it’s also been great to change views and open minds to what the industry is really like. So much is changing, diversifying and expanding in the Industry and I could not be more proud to see it happening and moreover to be a part of it!
Q: A bit lighter, what is your favorite movie and why?
A: I have so many favorites, but probably one that stands out is Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. I love this film because it takes the general elements of a romance film and turns it upside down. It’s honest and relatable, instead of sugary and idealistic. It’s a film that makes you think, that’s what I love most about it.
Q: What advice would you give a woman who might be interested in doing what you do, but might be scared or something like that?
A: Firstly, don’t be afraid. Do all your research beforehand (which is so easy with all the resources available online), and don’t do anything that makes you uncomfortable. Once you’re naked on the internet there’s no taking it back, so be sure you’re prepared for that. Other than that, be yourself and go for it, there’s no right or wrong way to do this job, just be creative and do it your way!
